Mark Hallett heads the technical department for the Youth Empowerment in Action! project. He is a graduate of Lindenwood University with a degree in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Television and Video. Mark worked in the LU-TV 26 television station for 2 years where he was a cameraperson and editor for content for the local cable station as well as writing news copy for news broadcasts. He has worked on many indepedent video productions and has a background in various computer applications. His main responsibilities include running and coordinating the website as well as producing and editing video content for the project.
